Terms of Service for EstateLex

1. Introduction
These Terms of Service govern the provision of legal support for apartment purchases offered by EstateLex at estatelex.pro. By accessing or using our services, information products, or goods, you agree to be bound by these terms.
2. Scope of Agreement
This agreement applies to all engagements between EstateLex and its clients for legal services, digital materials, and physical products related to apartment transactions.
3. Definitions
- Client: The individual or entity purchasing services, information products, or goods.
- Services: Legal consultations, contract review, and closing assistance for apartment purchases.
- Information Products: Digital guides, webinars, and templates provided electronically.
- Goods: Printed materials, checklists, and books delivered to a physical address.
4. Service Categories
4.1 Legal Services
Includes consultations, document analysis, negotiation support, and closing coordination.
4.2 Information Products
Includes downloadable guides, recorded webinars, and editable templates.
4.3 Goods
Includes printed manuals, checklists, and reference books delivered by mail.
5. Ordering and Payment
All orders must be placed through the checkout system on estatelex.pro. Payments are collected in CAD via credit or debit card. Order confirmations are sent by email upon successful processing.
6. Refund Policy
6.1 Legal Services
Clients may request a refund within 14 days of purchase provided no substantive work has commenced. To initiate a request, submit details via our contact form. Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method within 10 business days. If preliminary work has begun, clients may elect to reschedule the service at no additional charge by notifying us at least 48 hours before the appointment. Packages confirmed and with significant work underway are not eligible for refund due to resource allocation and scheduling commitments.
6.2 Information Products
Full refunds are available within 7 days of delivery if digital content remains unused. Requests must be made via our contact form. Approved refunds are processed within 5 business days to the original payment source.
6.3 Goods
Returns are accepted within 30 days of receipt for items in original condition. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless the item is defective. Inspected returns will be refunded within 15 business days to the original payment method.
7. Rescheduling and Transfers
Clients may reschedule legal services one time without fee by contacting us at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled session via our contact form. Requests made less than 24 hours before the appointment are subject to a rescheduling fee or may not be accommodated.
8. Limitation of Liability
EstateLex provides services with best efforts but does not guarantee specific outcomes. Liability for direct losses is limited to the total fees paid by the client under this agreement.
